The worst retail experience I have ever had. What's the point of having reference systems that lookup part compatibility when they don't tell you the whole picture? Incredibly frustrating to have to deal with a part return based on the specs you're given by the counter staff. Don't go here unless you 100% know exactly what part you need before hand.

Battery died and I needed a new one quick. Stocky white guy, I think his name was Peyton waited on me at the 1510 E. Main Street Waynesboro Advance Auto Parts. He patiently answered all my questions. Checked my alternator and installed the new battery for me for no extra charge. He couldn't have been nicer. Battery Prices are not cheap there but I've learned the hard way in the past. When it comes to batteries you get what you pay for. Great Service.

I needed a new battery for my vehicle. The dealership quoted $400! I called Advance, they had my battery in stock, and for half the price! I got a DieHard battery. It took the technician less than 15 minutes to install it! Great service!

I'd like to give a shout-out to Peyton for helping me today while installing my new battery. He took the time to answer all my questions, explaining how it worked, and how to replace my air filter by myself. He was polite, professional, and kind...and most importantly, didn't 'mansplain' to me, and as a woman I appreciate that. The employees at this location are always friendly, helpful, and professional which is why I continue to shop here. Thank you!

Always a nice clean store and very helpful personnel working the store. I love their great competitive prices and low, low prices as well as good quality merchandise. When it comes to my vehicle, I like to take good care of it! What I don't know about my vehicle these guys do! And there are some test that these guys will run for you for free. Also they have a program where they will loan you tools 🛠️⚙️ if you don't have all that you need, I mean who else will do this, this is KrAzY! Love these guys at "Advance Auto Parts"
