Motorcycle battery died a few miles away from the store. I called and explained the situation and Jake and John went out out their way to take care of me and have a customer for life. Grateful that good people still exist.

Drove a few miles to get my alternator and battery has been after breaking down and needing a jump. This was at 7 PM and the guy told me that he can’t and I asked why he said because he’s the only one in the store. There were no other customers in sight. Really shouldn’t offer services you cannot complete.

They didn’t put my battery in the correct way because they are lazy and my dad had to drive 2 hours to come and literally bolt it down the correct way.

Guy didn’t know what he was doing with a warranty exchange, had to go to Weirton store and the guy there helped in just a few minutes.

We came in to get new windshield wipers, thinking we had the wrong ones, but the lady who helped us out actually showed us we didn't. She even was sweet enough to install them for us. My wife & I are very grateful, we don't know too much about cars lol. We need more people like her in this world these days with a heart of gold! Apologies for not catching her name, but she was awesome! Definitely a go to car place!
