Got help with a part that was Defective, after hearing that I lost crank signal with a oil pan that set the sensor in just a little bit of the wrong position,the rep helped me locate one from another store and helped with the exchange! Michelle was absolutely great! Really Appreciate the effort she put forth on a Holiday weekend just before closing!
This was not a big retail type store.rhis was small mainly for mechanics and we ordered on line and picked it up in and out thanks guys excellent as usual.
Very friendly and helpful with huge inventory.
This is a main chain just about always have my parts in stock if not they get them fast and most helpful people work here. Thanx for 90% of my rebuild
