I got stuck in winter storm with a car rental that hadn’t been properly looked over or prepared. Thank goodness for the wonderful friendly staff at this Advanced Auto Parts in Hazelton, PA. They went above and beyond until I was safely back on the road.
These guys have everything and if they don't have it they will order it for you. They're very kind and helpful they'll even give you free diagnostics. Thank you guys for your help. Give me a big favor today running a diagnostic on my car after I just did the hybrid battery change myself that Honda was trying to charge me $760 to do 15 minutes of work. You guys are honest I really appreciate your help and staff.
Worst store in the area. Went in to get some parts and got the wrong order. Even provided the correct vin and still was not a fit. Do yourself a favor and run from this place. Customer service non existent and manager no where to be found.
going to the store, not expecting much. What is going for a value battery for a piece of equipment? They do not have the battery. I need it and the value one and I got a red top Series battery around the same price as the value battery. The counterman named Steve was great help and found a way to make a sale. It’s hard to find good counter these days. I have to say the store has my thumbs up approval.
