They went the extra mile for me today replacing my old car battery by helping me try to find someone who would do the installation at my house. Great service, extremely helpful, friendly and polite employees. Highly recommend this business.

Never have I walked into an auto shop and got such AMAZING UNPARALLELED customer service. Andy and Cole were caring, knowledgeable,and helped me after an awful few hours dealing with my vehicles issue! The Manager Andy went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure my vehicle was safe and operational with the parts I needed. Not pushy, not over talking me, answered ALL my silly questions, he LISTENED! A STELLAR example for others to follow! I will NEVER shop anywhere else! It was so nice and comforting to know I could trust his suggestions! Thanks guys, you made an EXTREMELY stressful few hours end on a positive note!

Bought a brand new buffer in Michigan, left the receipt there. Tried to EXCHANGE after switch broke, figured my rewards account would show I bought it 2 days earlier and exchange would be no problem. Come to find out the stores aren't connected to one another. So had to buy a 2nd $200 dollar buffer. Turn in the broken one when I go back to Mich, next effing year. Bet it will be too long to return.

Would love to give less than one star. Employees need a lesson in customer service. Apparently it’s the customers job to know what they have in stock and what they can order. There are other parts stores in the area that I would rather give business to. Won’t shop here again.
