I used the website to purchase batterie(s) for my vehicles. One for my wife’s car and one for my truck one week apart. Both times the associate was friendly and helpful. The first one wasn’t sure how to process online orders. The second one was spot on. Maybe some additional training is needed for online ordering. Overall a good experience Jessie runs a good store

Employee was hopefully new. He wasn't very helpful when asked about specials. He didn't even try to help. He just said, "I'm sure we do." and stood there. That issue aside... great selection and reasonable prices.

Don't ever buy any major parts from this location such as a starter or alternator.....they seem to last a year at best, 6 months at worst and won't honor a warranty beyond the 1st time.....they know they are selling subpar parts that won't last so they can make more sales and thats a terrible business practice.....never again will I buy anything from this store

I arrived here right before closing with a headlight that had gone out & was not able to remove the assembly that held it. I purchased the correct headlight with the help of Kent & he also stayed after hours to help me install the light which was NOT easy! Kent is a lifesaver and I’m very happy I chose to stop here while visiting my hometown!

While traveling home from VA, we noticed one of our headlights had gone out. Realizing it would not be possible to make it home without a new light, we stopped in at Advanced Auto Parts. Not only were the employees super nice, but they changed my headlight without charge. Wonderful people! Thank you!
