Had an issue with a nut going MIA on one of the connections for my battery. I went to this store to try and find a replacement. I believe his name was Mike came out looked briefly at the bolt with the missing nut went inside and first try got the right size. Truly an effortless experience thank you again for your help!

Isaiah was absolutely, the best employee I have ever met in all the years that I been to various auto parts stores. He was diligent in helping me find what I needed, and had an exemplary attitude while helping me. He was upbeat, positive, and seemed like he loved his job. I will be coming back to this location, solely off of this interaction with him. He gets a 10/10 in my book. Well done Isaiah, you are awesome!!

Des was amazing. Had kind of a rough morning and on top of that my truck wouldn't start when leaving the hospital. I was able to get it to Advanced and Des could not have been more helpful and professional. He changed out my battery, which was not easy based on the model of vehicle I have. When asked, he mentioned he was a manager in training and if that's the case this location is in great shape going forward.
