Helpful, respectful, knowledgeable staff. Happy to help and listen to the whole problem. The store is clean, organized, and well lit. If you don't want help and know what you're looking for, the aisles are well labeled and it's easy to browse what's in stock. And there's so very rarely any kind of "hole" in what's supposed up be on the shelf. Being a female, and used to being condescended to, I'd highly recommend this place for NEVER doing that. ONE time I had an employee, from all appearances new, who tried that... his manager or coworker, not sure the dynamic, came from the back and stepped in to the interaction - the offending guy was, in a professional manner, sent away. Okay luckily I got what I needed but online prices do not reflect in store prices. I did get it pointed out by the worker on the fine print part. But I guess my thing is if I ordered it online would the price have gone up or would I have drove to the store and what I ordered not be available and have to wait on or pay more for the part I needed then not a couple days from now. Especially where it said in store pickup available immediately. Idk maybe they can just fix that part. Even the worker says it misleads so many people when they come in cause like me they just went to the store to pick it up rather than pay for it online. Either way a little frustrating. I went in recently to purchase an alternator for my wife’s car. Mike at the counter, despite being the only staff member on duty, did an amazing job helping me, fielding the multiple phone calls, and a revolving door of customers. Advanced Auto Parts, employ more employees, but make sure they’re like Mike! Great salesman, thanks again!
