There are bosses and then are leaders. Leaders have a servant heart. I called in during a stressful situation and ultimately I ended up speaking with Robert. I had a need for a battery due to my battery not wanting to start my car in this cold weather leaving me stuck. Robert went above and beyond in getting me that battery at crunch time after closing to get me on my way. I am more than appreciative of him and his service. When I think advance, I’m coming to this store over the rest when able too first. Thanks Robert!! May the Lord bless you!

The service here so ruuuuuuuuuude!!! I just got here to change my battery which storm coming up , which we hve few hours so I got here two guys and one girl (which i hve very rude & cheap memory ) they wanted to sell the battery with no nooooo services and warmly 😡😡😡😡just hand the battery We neeeeeeed changeeees as neighborhood

So\n Stop then to return some anti freeze that was given to me by one of the gentlemen. It was the wrong product. I stopped back into return the item. Put the antifreeze on the counter. And asked the gentleman Nelson, if he could get me the right products, I told him what kind of vehicle I had, and then he proceeded to ask me, what item do you need help with? I recommend if you're going to the store.Ask for the manager directly.The workers there they're not up to par

Mr Robert is the best, look no further, I am very lucky I met Mr Robert today he is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He even helped me know the detail and why I should not go with a different one which could have caused damage, I am glad he directed me, thank you for your outstanding customer care, taking the initiative to help step by step even though a simple task, quality product and less expensive prices. Definitely deserves 5 star and earned it. All day I have been running around and no one I met until then knew what should I do to solve the issue I had.

Took them 20 mins to acknowledge my presence. When I asked if I could have my wipers installed, the employee said he didn’t know how to? So why are we hiring people who can’t do simple things like installing wipers?
