Ordered a battery and had it delivered—battery arrived within 2 hours. When I couldn’t get the battery to fit in right, I went to the store and Patrice spent 30 minutes in the freezing cold tirelessly working to make sure the battery was in correctly. Patrice was kind, efficient, and dedicated. Finally left with peace of mind that everything is safe and secure. Very grateful to Patrice for the help!

General Manager and staff are extremely helpful. Young man installed my battery on my Prius, this was difficult, but he was persistent and stuck to it and had no trouble with it. General Manager was calming and told me not to worry; trust me, I was worried after going to other local auto parts store and they telling me they couldn't help me. Batteries are not cheap but they installed it for me and I was able to buy a warranty on the battery. I can't tell you how much these guys saved the day for me and really just came through for a regular every day person that they did not know. I felt like the reason this store is good is because of their leadership and their staff. Battery was shot so I had to get a new battery and after going to two other auto stores who said they wouldn’t, they installed it for me here. Joe was very patient and knowledgeable. And though it took time I still was able to make it to work semi on time. And now I have a car I’d don’t have to jump every other morning. Thanks so much, awesome crew.

This is always my go to place when it comes to anything that has to do with my auto. I stopped in last time just a few minutes before they closed and was able to get my headlights bought and replaced. The representative was very nice and understood that I had no idea on how to change my headlights. So it was very good of them to help me! Highly recommend!

Called the Ypsilanti MI Advance auto and spoke to Joe about a battery for our 2015 Equinox he said that the battery was in stock I asked about installation and he said they would have to look at it.I arrived and Joe remembered talking to me came and took a look and said he could do it and it would be 45 minutes. Joe is a very professional detail orientated person I could tell that from the way he took care of our car. Thank You Joe for your great service today we appreciate it and thank you Advance auto.
