The Tow Truck Driver that pulled my UHAUL out of the snow in my driveway was Awesome. Before he pulled me out, he plowed most of my long, driveway!! He got me out real, quick!
If Kelton is a direct reflection on your business then 5 stars are not enough. Kelton moved two disabled vehicles to two different repair facilities for me yesterday and I have to say he is a truly nice young man. Very respectful and courteous. Shawn, from the office staff to the drivers I appreciate the customer service and timeliness in getting this task done for me. I have called upon your companies service in the past and will continue for future needs. Its refreshing to know there are honest tow companies still out there. Shane Venable Volkert, Inc.
Kwan from Advance Towing is awesome! He was super professional, and handled the towing with great care. His service was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and just all-around impressive. Definitely recommend Advance Towing and ask for Kwon if you need help. Five stars all the way
