These folks are great! Had to have my engine replaced in my Grand Cherokee by CarMax and they gone above and beyond to make everything right. Great mechanics and customer service. I have brought multiple vehicles here multiple times for various work (‘03 F250, 2013 Camry, and 2018 Sierra) and Jeff and the entire staff are always timely, fair, and honest. Dealing with them has always been a breeze and I will continue to use them for my auto needs! Great staff and company!

Friendly and informative staff walked me through AC repairs that were the most urgent and which could wait a little longer. I was also able to get my oil changed and order new tires. I appreciated the thoroughness.

This is going to be a long one but if you take anything away from this review is to not come to this place, they are incompetent, don't uphold their end of a deal, and the manager Jeff, I hope to GOD you never have to talk to him because he is unbelievably rude and condescending especially if you are a woman. My car initially went into went into this shop at the end of November 2024 when my transmission blew on the Florida-Georgia line. It took about a month for them to fix my transmission the first time, which is fine whatever, but I also paid over $4800 for the repair. While it was getting fixed I was TOLD I was getting a brand new transmission. The work was finished quickly and I left feeling confident about my car. I’ll definitely return for the rest of my maintenance. Strongly recommend!
