Update 6/12: Replaced the windshields on my two cars. The process was smoothing with Wiley driving the conversation with insurance. I'm glad to report that the review from 5 years ago still holds up today. No waiting room anymore though but I'm here for quality of work and attention to detail. Note you will need to bring your vehicle around back, see pictures. These are guys straightforward who gets the job done with no drama. They finished installing a golf rear vent windows in less than an hour. The waiting room has WiFi if you need it.

I went with Advanced Auto Glass through my insurance to replace a windshield based on their reviews (Yelp and Google) and they did not disappoint. Wiley provided timely communication, was on time for my appointment, and was efficient in replacing my windshield. Very painless and very easy to deal with. I know where I'm going when I need window repair for our vehicles. Thanks for the great service.

Had to get my '17 Macan's quarter window replaced no thanks to some thief. Called in and a gentleman named Wiley picked up. My glass needed to be special ordered, but Wiley got back to me within 30 minutes and walked me through all the insurance/cost implications. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision, and I got off the call feeling fully informed of my options. When I spoke with my insurance provider, there were no questions/problems when I told them I want to use Adv Auto Glass instead of their "in-network" shop. Wiley offered to come to my place once the part arrived (2-3 days) to get things fixed, but I ended up visiting his Fremont shop. It took his crew about 70 minutes to replace it. Wiley is a friendly, easygoing guy, but he's both knowledgeable and meticulous. The rearview mirror (which is permanently attached) came off the windshield of my Audi A7 and the dealer said the only fix is a new windshield! Wiley made no promises, but it was clear from the start he knew exactly what he was doing, and had done it all before. He removed the old adhesive, reattached the mirror, tested the rain sensor, and had me on my way in 24 hours. Nice guy, quality work, very fair price.

So far all I've done is called for a quote and Wiley was very friendly. I'm homeless and I'm trying to get my Handyman company up and running again. My girlfriend's ex boyfriend smashed my windshield and a couple of other windows in my truck. Not only did he match another company's quote but he was willing to come to my camp to do the repairs in a fair amount of time considering he has to order the parts. It is a Friday and he said he could do it on Monday. His prices are very fair and competitive. I thank him for for being understanding of my situation and for being so flexible with his prices.
