Advanced Auto Glass

Got 15 miles down the road and the trim piece on top of the windshield falls down. Stop to attempt putting it back and this is what is underneath. Horrid workmanship, glass not even glued in they just piled adhesive on top of dirt. If they do this to a $90,000 truck... imagine what will be done to your car....

My husband called and made a appointment and it was scheduled no problem, and was quoted a price. I took the vehicle in to get my windshield replaced and they were very nice and professional and quick, took less then 25 min to replace my windshield, however when it came time to pay, it was $100 more then my husband was quoted, I was a little shocked and payed for the service, when I got home my husband took a look and was extremely upset, picture is as shown , the seal around the windshield isn’t properly done and quite frankly looks horrible so explains why they got it done so quickly.. my husband called and was upset and wants them to fix it and they won’t, we are very disappointed in the aspect it cost us almost $400 and it looks this way, and to be quoted a price to have it be upcharge

They were FANTASTIC!! I was in and out in 45 minutes. Highly recommend and they were worth every dollar spent, plus very friendly too👌

I would like to give a shout out to the Advanced Auto Glass shop on Fort Worth Highway. This is the kind of service and respect that makes a community thrive. I was referred to a chain glass repair shop for a chip in my windshield. As I left a morning appointment I was contemplating driving to Fort Worth to get the repair done when I saw the sign for Advanced Auto Glass and pulled in hoping for a quote and maybe a repair before temperature changes spread the damage. My experience was great, the team assessed the issue and said they would give it a try. 20 minuets later I was leaving a very pleased and relieved motorist. Their charge was less than half of the chain shop and they said to make sure to come back if anything happens to the repair and they will take care of it. It kind of

Stopped in as soon as they opened to see if they could help me with a rock chip repair. I was greeted immediately and after looking at my windshield was told absolutely they can help me. They got me in and out within about 20 minutes. They were so extremely busy with appointments for people getting windshield replacement that I’m really thankful they took to the time to fix me up before the chip spread to a big crack. Give them a shot for your glass needs!
