I had a great experience at Advanced Auto Repair in Bullhead City. John took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my vehicle. Also, the repair was completed in a timely manner, and everything runs perfectly now. John and his staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend Advanced Auto Repair to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

700 miles away from home, alternator fail. I was going to leave my truck, but John said they could have a new one installed in a couple of hours. They had it done pretty close to the time frame. Yes it was a bit costly, BUT I was not without a vehicle, I did not have to do it myself, and it is a LIFETIME part. NOTE: nothing is cheap on a Diesel truck. They are a pain to work on. The John and the folks were polite, understood the problem, and I was treated as though my business was valued. Thanks ADVANCED AUTO REPAIR, for getting me back on the road!

John and his Team of technicians are honest, reliable and experienced. I brought my 2019 Mercedes AMG C63S in for brake and rotor replacement, my vehicle was treated with the upmost care and the work was done efficiently and correctly. John even identified further issues with photos that Mercedes did not catch during my normal service in May. I would not hesitate to bring other vehicles to this business and will definitely return. Broke down in Laughlin as soon as I pulled in, googled advanced auto repair and talked to Mike and John and they took care of me immediately and I WAS TREATED beyond expected standards. They fixed my trucks problem, went above and beyond to Contact the dealership for me to see if I could get it in under warranty there and I would have been 2 months out til I could have got it into the dealer. Mike and John expedited my part order and fixed my truck, did an extensive test drive before they felt safe giving it back to me to drive back home to California. I was stranded in the desert 250 miles away from home and These folks here TOOK CARE OF ME. Hats of to them all THANK YOU....
