This guy is one of the rudest persons i have encountered in customer service. I had my car towed here back in April and the 2 right side tires ended up going flat. The guy said they were slashed, well thats funny because they weren't before bringing it there. So he said they couldn't look at it with flat tires. So it sat there for a couple weeks as we were waiting for tires. Eventually the guy said it was an eye sore and they wanted it gone. He told me that day if we got tires on it they would look at it. It's now December 6 months later and had car problems and had it towed here over the weekend. I came down monday morning and the guy proceeds to tell me they wont look at it because it still has dealer tags and spare tires all around it. What a great way to get business man. The way you t

This place is a scam. They have done work on my car multiple times and every time I get it back it's still not working right. I've spent $1,000's and once again my check engine light is on in less than a week after getting it back. Last time they had my car over a month after overcharging me for a semi simple repair. Over quoted me then found ways to get the bill to that amount. Also added things to my bill and replaced items that I did not authorize beforehand. I would highly recommend taking your car elsewhere than here!

After having a bad experience with another local repair shop in rapid city I was recommended to advanced auto repair from auto zone. I really like the customer service here. Always very communicative before continuing with repairs and takes the time to really look over the vehicle. I have taken my teenage sons vehicle here twice and both times I have experienced great communication and explanation of damages and repairs that need to be done. Mechanic work is expensive but I feel very secure in the repairs and the prices for the time and care are well worth it. This is my new mechanic and I feel like he really listens when explaining the issues.
