Went today for a pre purchase inspection. They were very thorough and friendly during my time there. Will definitely be taking my vehicle there going forward.

Great ppl overall. Didn't bs me or candy coat anything and did the work in a timely manner. Very reasonable prices as well.

I called Advance Automotive this morning around 10:16 a.m. to ask for a quote on replacing a part for my 2012 Toyota Prius. The call lasted less than two minutes, but it was enough to decide I’ll never go back. The staff member, Roger, interrupted me and said in a mocking tone, “OUUU OUU OUUUU! Let’s take it slow here. You are talking wayyy too fast and your English is sloppy.” Then he used an analogy to show his frustration. That level of rudeness is completely unacceptable from anyone representing a business. I was polite and just trying to explain my car issue. Instead of patience or professionalism, I got attitude and mockery. If that’s how they talk to customers, I’d stay away. Very expensive. Plus had my truck all day to diagnose/fix a/c not working, belt noise and not shifting easily to park. They couldn’t tell me anything at the end of the day besides there is a Freon leak, and compressor might be bad. Couldn’t hear belt noise and “something” was wrong with the steering wheel column “maybe”. They charged me $500 bucks to fix nothing and not have a solid answer. I complained and then they said they will knock it down to $250 since they didn’t hear a belt noise. Okay so that means you charged me $250 to test drive it and not hear a noise. Never called me quite a quote or anything despite telling me they would. This is after I spent thousands there just a few weeks before. Do NOT recommend. Find someone honest and affordable that actually wants to fix your vehi
