Advanced Automotive

I recently went to Advanced Automotive for a throttle body cleaning, and while they were able to perform the service, my vehicle ended up running much worse afterward. It began idling roughly and throwing multiple misfire codes, something it hadn’t been doing before. What made things worse was the lack of accountability. I called Cory at Advanced Automotive to explain what happened, but I didn’t feel there was much accountability taken for the situation. His response was that I “didn’t give him a chance to work on the car,” and hanged up on my call when he was at fault even though I waited two days and ended up losing work time trying to get everything resolved. As of today, My car has been repaired twice here and I am very satisfied with the honesty, and very reasonable prices. True Integrity. I appreciate people who don't take advantage of people. Thank you so much! This is now my mechanic.

Stopped by here after receiving a smog check to see if I could get help replacing a brake light bulb. The owner, John, helped to replace not only my brake light bulb, but my tail light bulb as well (which I didn’t know was also out)! I brought 2 bulbs for my brake light that I had purchased elsewhere, so John traded the spare bulb for a tail light bulb he had. When I asked how much I owed him, John didn’t charge me anything 😭 I will definitely be returning for car services in the future! I highly recommend Advanced Automotive!

We have been going here for over 25 years! John and Cory are honest in fair in all their work and prices! They are also the best deal around. You can trust them with whatever you need and they’ll take care of you:)

My family and I have been taking our cars here for years. John is a very nice and honest mechanic and will only fix what is needed to make your car run great - unlike other places where they come back with a long list of unnecessary things just to try and get more money. He’s very knowledgeable and has VERY fair prices. He’s such a nice man that he helped me several times over the phone when I needed to troubleshoot what was going on with my engine and transmission. You can’t get that kind of service anywhere else.
