I had a bad experience at another shop, so I came to Advanced Automotive to get a second opinion. All I needed was a state inspection. I was told at another shop that I needed new struts and tires which would put me out about $2,500. So I came to Advanced Automotive to get their opinion. First thing I noticed was their waiting area was clean, spacious, and cozy. I know, weird observation but it was a major difference from the other shop I had come from. But what really shocked me was how nice everyone was. I felt welcomed, respected, and they listened to what I had to say. Again, it was the complete opposite I had previously experienced. I have been coming to Kevin and his team here for over a year now, through two different cars, and every time the service exceeds expectations. I trust Advanced Automotive to tell me what is actually happening with my car and the best course of action to make sure we get everything taken care of. I really appreciate the team here and will continue to exclusively go to them for any and all of my car needs while I live in Virginia.

Awesome place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is happy. The shuttle is an extra plus for me. Prices are very reasonable. I like that they will make recommendations and explain needed repairs and pricing in detail. I highly recommend them. They are a rare breed in the industry! Thank you Kevin, Darrell and team. I always get great service from Advanced. I am particular about the oil and oil filter I like to use in my truck a they allow me to bring it and only charge me labor and shop fees. I had them do a rear brake job and it coolant pump last year and they did an excellent job.
