Very satisfied. Like how they are Always available for fast towing. I have used them for several times. Never had an issue with them.

Quick service at a reasonable cost. Recently my car was involved in an accident that rendered it undriveable. I had called these guys and they arrived in 20 minutes, had the car loaded in 5 minutes and paid via credit card over the phone and was sent a receipt via text. Thanks for the painless experience.

I ended up puncturing my oil pan in Tesla's parking lot. The security guard gave me Tesla's towing company, I asked him how much it would be. He said he would have to call me back in 5 minutes, I waited that 5 minutes, no phone call. So I then called Advanced Towing. They gave me a VERY reasonable price. I was very thankful, they quoted me 30-45 minutes to be there and they made it there in about 30 minutes. They were on the low end of the time they quoted. Very thankful to this company. To explain, Tesla's towing company never called me back. Not even by the time Advanced Towing showed up. Then finally after advanced Towing showed up, and we're already loading my car up, their tow truck just showed up. According to the security guard, Tesla's tow company would be faster because they are "
