Advanced Transmission Repair Phoenix

Requested a full transmission repair on a blue '07 Mustang this past late summer. It was still pricey but well worth it. They were very patient with all our questions, showing up to check in, and dealing with a grumpy owner. We did have a few random issues after the original repair but nothing tied to the repair itself. They quickly took care of them. It has been running great!

The employees are friendly, professional, and welcoming. When I asked them questions, they were kind enough to go above and beyond show me my transmission, explain to me what the problem was, and show me the new parts that we’re going to go in. Update: after leaving my first 2 star review - jack called me and changed the shifter free of charge and even an oil change. He provided a true time for service to be done and I got it back earlier than what he said, all is working and well. I will be going back and appreciate them making things correct. Honestly, I don’t know that I will ever come back here. I took my car in because it was spewing transmission fluid. It was taken in on a tow truck which they provided free of charge if I got the work done through them. Wonderful saved myself some money. I ended up needing a full transmission rebuild, a pump assembly and a torque converter. It cost me $4,800… ouch. But what can you do. So after my car being in their shop for 2 weeks, they tell me I can come pick up my car. I walk to go pic

Update: I'll have taken two vehicles hear for transmission issues. While the cost is steep,I have been satisfied with the fix. It has been six years since receiving a transmission fix for my 06 Dodge truck and it is still going strong. Appreciate the quality repair. Great location!

Old school people, honest and accountable. Fair prices. It became so uncommon nowadays that they deserve to hear it. I strongly recommend this business.
