I was out of town for work, over 2 hours from home, when my bsttery light came on. Luckily for me, I saw the advantage store ahead and pulled in hoping they could help me. Dan, at the counter was amazing. He got me a great deal on a battery and even installed it for me. I know nothing about cars, so I was truly appreciative for his professionalism and help. I also bought new wiper blades he installed as well. You have a great employee in him, Thanks Dan!!!

Honestly Ryan from the canastota store is one of the most helpful individuals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with very knowledgeable. Does what he says follows thru with stuff makes sure if he sees you that everything went ok with the last job he got parts for you for there really isn't enough I could say too even begun too make his bosses understand what a valuable employee they actually have there isn't too many 22 year old people out there that work half as hard as he does RYAN keep up the good work kylie please pull him aside and tell him what a good job he does.
