I was very pleasantly surprised to find such down-home, local care and concern, for my well-loved older car repair this week. It’s not often that you feel like your car is going to get fixed and that the fix will be honored if something goes wrong down the road. But the two year warranty on the repairs here really gave me that assurance! What set this automotive repair location apart from others was the front desk service. Glen, specifically, answered all of my many questions and took the time to explain the repairs needed, and how that was going to benefit my car, mechanically. Not being very mechanical myself, that was priceless! Also, I was able to wait comfortably in the lobby while an oil change service was being performed. I think I found our new "car place" here in Loveland! We've taken one of our cars to another mechanic shop in town and didn't have a great experience, so when we took our cars here to Advantage Auto, we were a tad weary. Our 2006 Honda Accord and 2008 Nissan Altima both needed oil changes, and the Honda needed a new battery too. Advantage Auto was excellent! Kevin was great to work with. He even called me before installing the new battery to make sure I wanted to go through with it, since they tested the former battery and found it to still be good (which, the battery was 4 years old so I wanted to proactively get a new one before winter hit). Their customer service is wonderful: they're not pushy, they didn't print out this long list of "urgent" maintenance items trying to get more busine

I recently had work done on my vehicle at Advantage Automotive. Everyone there was Professional, Courteous, and helpful. They didn't try to upsell me anything and were honest about the work that needed to be performed. I would definitely recommend this business.

Advantage Automotive is my new go to place for Automotive repairs. My Daughter recommended them. I feel like they are honest and fair with their pricing for repairs. My car is fixed and running great now. I will use them again.

My buddy told me about Advantage, so glad he did! I been going there for all my vehicle needs, tires, oil changes, alignments, brakes. Best is they are honest! Go in for brake change thinking "oh their probably due it's been awhile", nope guy says "you got plenty of life left on them". They could have easily said they were bad and charged me but because of their honesty I keep going back.
