Tire blew out at 11pm off 65 southbound at mile marker 63 in Franklin in the pouring rain. Triple A was gonna take 2 hours for a tow. Called Advantage tow, between the time we got on the phone a driver was there in 10 minutes, left his dinner on hold to come help us. Super nice owner he took care of us. 5/5 stars, fast, cheap, and super gentle with my vehicle. Thank you advantage towing.

A huge shout out and thank you to Chris for your help and professionalism. Chris helped rescue my car after my sister and I pulled over on the side of the road, not realizing that there was a large dip between the road and grass. With one look at the situation my car was in, he said “piece of cake” and within minutes pulled my car out of the ditch with no damage to my vehicle. Thanks to Chris and Advantage Towing for your help. You saved the day. I highly recommend using this towing company!

Trans went out in my Yukon. They were quick to come pick up my truck. Communication was great. Would definitely use them again.

They were able to respond much quicker than anyone else and were reasonably priced. This was great because we were stranded in the cold without a spare. Jason was polite and professional. It was a great experience!

Jason was great! He responded quickly to the tow request and was incredibly professional through the process, letting me know when he was on his way and ETA as well as a phone call upon arrival.
