Great customer service. I purchased a Exmark mower and they were very helpful and had several in inventory to pick from.

I scheduled service, was told just before I was to drop the bike off that their mechanic quit, and they couldn't do a simple tire change. I invest hundreds of dollars in tools and equipment to do tires and service myself. I go back to pick up the parts I had ordered, and the mechanic still works there. I'll never pay anyone to work on my BIKES because of this establishment.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Ive bought a lot of bikes over the years, but this was by far the best shopping experience ever. I was offered an excellent price for my trade in from the start without haggling or feeling berated. The staff were all very nice and professional and knowledgeable about their products. I was also in and out very quickly, in probably 30 minutes from foot in the door my paperwork was done and i was on my new ride. Love my klx, thanks!

Great buying experience! just picked up a KLX110 for my daughter. these guys by far surpassed our expectations and are way beyond any dealer local to me! we drove 3 hours to get this bike and I'm glad we did. no ridiculous fees, no run-around, just straight-up honest sales and they made accommodations to make sure my daughter got her bike and addressed her directly during delivery (she's 8yo and they made her feel like she was involved in the entire process and went over features and safety with her). I will buy here anytime I can! highly recommend!

Bought a new 2025 Mule Pro FXR 1000 in October of 24'. The buying experience was good had zero complaints with that aspect but when I came to the first service, that wasn't the case. I bought all fluids and filters from the dealership itself. They gave me the wrong filter and wrong amount of engine oil, but after 3 trips to town I finally managed to get all the correct filters and fluid to complete the first service. I will say the staff was friendly but didn't demonstrate any level of product knowledge that I believe a dealership should. | Done
