Great experience! Went to another local dealer who did not take care of me like Tyler did at coolsprings. Tyler, Corey and Taylor were a great help and very knowledgeable in powersports. They didn't make me feel uneducated or bully me into buying. They made sure I got the right bike and gave tips and pointers for first time riders and how to take care of the bike. Also helped with my equipment needs and sizing. Highly highly recommend coming to Coolsprings power sports. Worked with me on price and made sure I understood the different charges and fees. While I was in the area and just killing time, I decided to check out the new bikes. I've been in the market for a new one, but I wasn't very familiar with the latest models. Brain was amazing; he took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how silly they seemed, and was extremely thorough in his explanations. Even with my previous experience riding bikes, I learned a lot. I also had a budget in mind, and Brain was quick to provide the numbers—he seemed to know them off the top of his head. The final price was less than I had expected, and we were able to make a deal. I'm very happy and surprised by how smooth the process was. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a new bike. The entire experience was both fast and efficient.

The sale man Brian was very helpful in the purchasing of my honda crf250rwe. I wasn't 100 percent sure on the arrival date, but when he got it he let me know right away. Brian kept me updated on the whole day of shipping too the dealership. If I had any questions he answered right away. I am a going to be a repeat customer from now on.

He responded very quickly to my initial online inquiry, and likewise with any follow up questions I had. He was very patient, as the deal took longer to come together than anticipated, answering questions and providing pictures to us in advance of our trip to the dealership.
