I rarely make good review about mechanics but I had an issue with a falling shadow piece on my car and took it to this tire store for a quick fix thos morning. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff there not only identified the problem but also fixed it for free. Their customer service was top-notch and they made sure to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend this tire store for any of your car needs. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive and that I left their store satisfied.

My car TPMS came on today as I was nearby and decided to stop by to see if they could diagnose which tire it was. "Jaime" who is apparently the owner began raising his voice at me, condescending because I didn't know which tire it was, rude and very disrespectful. Since they are "experts" I asked for a diagnosis assuming they would be able to tell me and explain the process worked before paying, and he insisted in getting my info and paying to then only did bad mouth me in Spanish with another customer. very disrespectful and classic customer service attitude. Don't worry he'll remind you he's the owner of this sleazy service to justify his street decorum. this is disgusting, come here if you want to be treated like dirt by Jaime.

We were in a rental car passing through the area and wound up with a nail in a tire. We got off the highway and got so so lucky to end up at this shop. Not only did he get us in right away, he didn't overcharge us, it was fixed perfectly and we were on our way! Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Terrible owner with low self esteem and takes forever for the simplest services. Took over a month to get wipers and all he had to do was order from Autozone, couldn't even do that. Terrible attitude but very quick to overcharge prices without fixing anything. Falsely charged 372 claiming a computer issue. A liar and a thief, surprised he's still the boss
