Rich is an awesome dude that is definitely a car guy and was super welcoming to work on my manual Mazda RX-8 which had some clutch issues (we even talked about how he has had his own rotary-powered cars in the past!). I told him exactly the problems I was having and he found the problem in a matter of hours. He made sure to wait an extra day to double check everything was working as intended, and thankfully he did, because he ended up finding a few more issues that should be resolved. Brought my 2015 RAV4 in for a noise/hesitation during acceleration issue and the team at Austin Euro Werks was honest and upfront the entire way. They got it on the lift, pinpointed the noise to the bell housing area, and rather than attempt a repair outside their wheelhouse, they consulted with a transmission specialist and referred me to a shop better equipped to handle it. I came across AEW searching for an honest, reliable shop after being burned by a mobile mechanic with a previous vehicle I had. My husband and I just recently bought a Toyota Camry and needed some routine maintenance done so we took the vehicle to Toyota first (wanting a better experience and to ensure our vehicle received good service). Apart from the routine maintenance recommended at the dealership, there were also a couple of cosmetic repairs we were seeking estimates on, not surprised that those rates were very high for just a few things.
