Bought a 2011 BMW M3 from the dealer at what appeared to be good buy. The carfax presented to me by the dealer showed it as one owner clean carfax, no accidents. After I bought the car, I learned that the car was in a major collision, left front end, vehicle towed. Auto check report which the dealer had, did show the accident., but unfortunately I dint see it prior. The dealer knew about the car's history. but failed to disclose it. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with the purchase.

Found the used vehicle online indicating the great condition of the car. Based on the extra information and pictures he provided we decided to make the trip from Houston to Dallas on a Sunday. Upon arrival the vehicle was parked outside ready to be checked. Right away we started to find flaws on the outside of the car. There were many scratches on the paint and even a very bad repaired scratch which was never mentioned when we talked during the week. Then we checked the interior and found more scratches but the biggest disappointment was when we noticed the carped on the drivers side was ripped and again, he never mentioned that. I just bought a car from Affordable Auto Group. I had gone to a traditional dealership to buy a car and encountered another in a long line of frustrating experiences. There is a reason people HATE to go car shopping. I then talked to Simon and he had just the car I was looking for. It was a very low key, enjoyable experience. I am helping you out. Do NOT buy your future car from them. I just bought my car from them hoping it was an amazing deal. I thought I was in luck when I found the deal on Cargurus. On Cargurus it stated that this was a great deal. It turned out I would of saved more money buying the car from a real dealership. The car had dents on it that I did not find out till later on. On top of that I only received one key. Who sells a car with only one key! The interior was full of scratches, and some of the plastic pieces were off; like the plastic on the car handle. When you go into their show room, the lighting helps hide the wear of the car. The last thing that really unset me was that we received the car with almost an empty tank.
