Got my S4 set up with OEM glass through insurance. They called and notified me that the first windshield came in with an imperfection and that they refused delivery. A few days later the second windshield arrived. Dropped the car off at 8:00 and it was done by noon. Great service and appreciate their attention to detail.

Was referred to AGI. Had to get rear view mirror in my mothers car fixed. The gentleman in office was very nice and professional. Made my appt and I came next day and within less than ten minutes. It was repaired. I am so thankful for their kind and courteous service. Very professional establishment and will definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you AGI !!

I was referred by my dealer to Affordable Glass. I was told they do the dealers work as well. The owner was very personable and kind. I waited an hour, was treated with respect, but I also respected the staff (that goes a long way.) My new windshield is exactly what I expected (not aftermarket) Cadillac glass. The guy in the office walked me through my claim and even made sure I got the right glass. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a new glass in their car.

My auto dealer recommended them to replace my windshield on my VW. The first appointment made with them I waited all day for them to call and no one called. So I called the at the end of the day to be told they had to reschedule because the glass was broken. They said they would call me once the replacement glass was received. I was told the glass would arrive on Tuesday and still no call from so I called on Thursday to reschedule a second time. Once again I waited all day for a call but did not hear from them. I called the shop around 3:30 the day of the appointment and was told let me check with technician and they still have not called back. Very unprofessional and a waste of a month of my time. Forced to go else where. So sad.
