not to happy about how my experience, did not do what we talked about, i had told him id like my muffler replaced from the cat back, we agreed at the price of 300 plus tax, and he called me the next day said it was done he put a flex tube and a muffler on for 244.00. its not what we talked about. i would have been happyer paying the extra money for the longevity of the muffler because i plan on keeping the Car for a long time, plus have not have to get it fixed ever again. i dont appreciate that you took it apon your self to do that with out calling me.not happy with the servis. nice guy, but that dont chang what you did. 3 stars! Update i called and told him i dont feel happy with how everything happened he said he thought he was saving me money and time, he did mention i had stainless ex

Amazing service! Affordable muffler got my exhaust fixed in 40 mins! Welds looked amazing and my car is quite again! 100% will be back. The price was on point also. I almost feel bad because it was so cheap for the work that was done.

Had took my own exhaust tips to get put on, was very affordable, n didn’t charge me n extra penny for little favor the last owner of the vehicle had the stock muffler kinda in a awkward position n melted a bit of that bumper n had asked to see if he could remove it n told him he could even charge me, i wouldn’t have minded but he didn’t n was very appreciative!! Very friendly guy and actually picks up the phone unlike other shops that are busy!!:)

I came to this muffler shop because of the 5 star reviews, I was expecting a fairly cheap and good done job. However that was the opposite of what i got! Me and Bob may have had a misunderstanding after he assured me what a muffler compared to a resonator was, I trusted him. I spend 300$ on fixing an exhaust leak and removing my muffler. In reality he took off my resonators even if he denied it was a resonator. I put my car onto the lift and what I saw shocked me, not only was the job done wrong but was done poorly. Leaving exhaust leaks and not using correct exhaust hangers just using a u bolt. After I told Bob about his mistake he tried to put some of the blame on me and giving me a rude attitude. But we came to the agreement that he would fix it all for 80$ (Thanks Bob) I called around

Great Value, but… my ‘07 Tahoe has been loud as long as I’ve had it. Then a week ago the muffler fell off, & it got super loud. But after getting muffler & tailpipe replaced it’s so quiet I can hear my own stupid thoughts even at freeway speeds (>80mph). And nobody wants that.
