Affordable Smog Test Only

Tony has went above and beyond for me. I needed to get get my Toter Home CARB Inspection completed. I called and Tony said bring it on down on Dec 15th 2025 around 9 am. Very Professional and courteous at all times. He performed the testing and got me out of there in no time. I checked the Clean Air Truck website to ensure I was good to go to get it registered. It showed up as wasn't in compliance due to Invalid Tester Certificate. I called Tony and he was in disbelief, he assured me he will get a hold of them and find out what happened because he showed me his certificate and he is on their list of inspectors on the website. He called me and said he will come to the house on the 18th since the state CARB Board made a mistake. H e came out and redid the test later in the afternoon on same

I haven't gone there yet but people trusting Google's hours especially after everything changed during covid. Google is not the official company. You need to call for hours! ???????

Google says they close at 1:00pm on Saturday’s. I showed up at 12:28pm asked if they could fit another smog in. Gentleman said yes. As he was finishing up with one customer he asked what year was my vehicle. 1999 and he said that it will have to be Monday as he shut down the machine already. Caught off guard a bit as he just said yes and its before 1 o’clock you shut down your machine. I’m sorry I would not recommend spending your hard earned money with this place as they are not interested in earning it. Customer service is a thing of the past for sure. Could you image if I told them in my line of work that I couldn’t return you water service back on until Monday. I would be fired.

This is the fourth time I have used A-Affordable smog. Each time has been consistent. They have been courteous, helpful but ethical and caring. They have found that balance of serving their customers needs and staying in business. I would recommend A-Affordable smog only to my Mom and of course yours. Godspeed, Grumpy Grandpa.
