We always recommend any customers who need their motorhome towed in to Affordable Towing. Our customers are always pleased with the price and service. It is not easy to find a company you can trust to tow a motorhome. This is who we recommend.

Their driver came out Friday foe AAA and told me he didn’t not have time to change my spare. I am a new amputee and was in tears as I sat in a not so great area as he told me to call AAA back and get a tow truck. He walked off as I was in tears. There is no excusing his behavior. He was also not the brightest color in the box as he told me I had a bent rim. Discount Tire confirmed it was NOT bent. A tire tech who can’t recognize a bent rim should not be doing any service.

Don’t use their jump car service. Useless, below standard charger that doesn’t work. Ended up towing the car anyway, where Midas jumped the car in MINUTES. Paid this company $180 and asked for a partial reimbursement for the useless charger - they refused. I used their tow service before, but after today’s experience, I’ll never use them again. You’ve been warned.

Tried to get roadside assistance, didn’t have the exact location because due to me having to park at a random spot, I didn’t know the address.Tried to give some details of where I was at and they said they couldn’t help me since I didn’t have a direct address. When I tried to let them know I didn’t have a direct address, and asked if they can help me find it with the details I gave, they hung up on me. I called again, then they hung up me again. Before I could even try to look it up. VERY rude.

Fast, friendly, and very professional. Dakota was top-notch, not just with the pickup, but getting my truck dropped off in a notoriously tight parking lot. If I need a tow in Huntsville again, Affordable Towing will be my first call.
