Excellent service on an upcoming 20-inch snowy Sunday! Justin arrived quickly and helped move my car to a tire company so it wouldn’t get buried in the snow. He towed it safely to a tire shop at a very reasonable price. Professional, efficient, and very kind—highly recommend!

My wife car was towed for improper parking We immediately went to retrieve the car arriving at 5:10 pm to be told that they close at 5pm and since they aren't open on Sat we couldn't retrieve the car till Monday and we were charged for 3 day storage I agree with the tow but it seems like predatory towing towing companies are required to by law to have reasonable late hrs to pick up a vehicle if your there 10 mins after closing and someone's there and they car won't be released sounds like a money grab to me. Although the person I dealt with was a very nice and pleasant person it's still not right. Also now my vehicle has a abs light on now I brought it to there attention and was told it should go out however I'm going to make a police report and have it looked at by a mechanic just in case

Made a stupid mistake park where I was not supposed to park. , the signs were posted. And I thought I would be quick in and out property owner called Affordable responded came out quickly. Picked up my Jeep,. When it got back to the yard I had a flat tire had a nail in it for no charge at all. They took my tire off and put it patch on the tire. I had them do a break job. AFFORDABLE IS ALSO A REPAIR SHOP. New breaks and rotors. 300 bucks.excellent deal strongly recommend.. getting back to the next week with an oil change on my Jeep.. unfortunately situation but definitely would recommend.. My boss also hired them To hang signs at our property downtown where people keep parking. since we hired them we have not had one problem with anybody parking our lot.
