Affordable Transmission and Auto Repair Center

I had a great experience with Affordable Transmission. They worked on my 2007 Lexus GS350 and did an excellent job getting it back on the road. The owner, Mike, was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure the repair was done right without overcharging. It’s hard to find a trustworthy shop these days, but Affordable Transmission definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend Mike and his team if you’re looking for quality work at a fair price.

I want to thank the whole crew at Affordable Transmission for helping me get my Mazda back on the road. I originally took my car to a different shop and they told me I needed a new transmission and quoted me a little more than I could afford, I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Affordable Transmission and Miguel treated me friendly and respectfully. I was worried they would lie to me cause I'm a female but instead they offered a free transmission inspection and found that all my car needed was a range sensor. I can honestly recommend them for their professionalism and honesty. Will definitely be bringing my car back for future repairs.

I was sent to this location by my original transmission shop to complete a repair under a nationwide ATRA warranty. The experience was appalling from start to finish and the shop ultimately refused to honor the warranty. Refusal of Service: The employee, Miguel, was immediately cold and dismissive upon hearing the repair was a warranty claim. My issue is a complex, intermittent shifting problem that occurs only when the car is cold and driving downhill. After two days, they claimed they couldn't reproduce the fault and refused to perform any further conditional testing, effectively giving up on the diagnostic process. Excellent customer service, quick repair, and the price was lower than I was expecting. Unexpected vehicle problems can be very stressful but Affordable made it an all-around great experience.

We will definitely come back here because of good customer service. Went here to get my dad's car checked with transmission problem (car is starting but doesn't move forward and reverse). Miguel was definitely helpful because he cares about his customers. He also gave us a free estimate on what needed to be fixed and what to do so we could save money. They are honest and professional.
