Affordable Transmission

Communication was very good at the start. When it came it scheduling and receiving my money for new transmission. As soon as the truck was in the shop it was terrible. Did not keep me informed on when truck would be ready. Said 3 days was all they would need. I called and called on the third day, and at 6pm they told me truck was ready. I picked it up issues right off the bat. Brought the truck back in. They could not figure out issue. But were terrible at communicating the whole time. Took two weeks for them to figure they needed to get another transimission. I was paying for the rental car out of my pocket the whole time. So now i had to do another 2 weeks with a rental car out of my pocket. Through out this whole processes the communication was terrible. Second transmission was installe

Pay for a new transmission in May 2025. Had to takenit back 2 days later because the fluid leaked out. Here we are December 2025 and the car is not working properly to the point of not drivable. My son was hours away at school and it's alot to get it back to PBCounty. We had to get another car. The unprofessional manager who was aware told me to call with the codes. He coped an attitude when I called to provide the information and hung up. After paying a little 5k and to get this treatment is unexceptable. Do not recommend.

They picked up my truck, diagnosed the issue, and rebuilt the transmission in just a few days. The price was more than fair, and Bill kept me in the loop the entire time, even sending pictures of the progress. After the installation, they went above and beyond by identifying the root cause of the problem—a screw from an aftermarket grill installation (done by me!) had punctured the top of the transmission cooler. Bill didn’t just fix it; he upgraded the cooler to a larger-capacity one and relocated it to prevent any future issues. Brought my F250 to the shop to have a transmission rebuilt, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they completely disappointed me. Torque converter came loose from flywheel and fell apart called them they left me unread thanks Bill so after a $3500 transmission rebuild I had to pay another $1800 for New torque converter and flywheel Thanks Bill buyer beware

Great service, the shop did an amazing job working on my Honda accords transmission. They were great at communicating and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They also gave me a great price and I left with no problems. Highly recommend
