Horrible customer service, I called inquiring about a back windshield for my Cadillac and all the guy kept telling me was that he didn't have it, he would have to order the part, I was fine with that knowing that I wouldn't get the service done that same day (today 1:40pm Tuesday,Sept 9th)I just needed to know how much it would cost for the glass and service. The guy sounded like he had issues with English so I tried explaining to him again, next thing I know he tells me to text him then he hung up in my face smh. Gots to do better. Sir or ma'am, I'm definitely not fake and I most definitely don't have any intentions in sabotaging your business.. I'm simply stating facts about my experience with YOUR business's customer service.
