After Hours Customs Paint and Body

My family’s car wouldn’t start this morning. Since it was Sunday, it was very difficult to find a repair shop. I searched on Google and called Jacob, and he was very enthusiastic about helping us, even though he had to drive 30 minutes to reach our location. Although I later figured out the cause and managed to start the car myself, he had already arrived and checked everything for us once more. We truly appreciate his help. Jacob is a kind-hearted person.

Set an appointment for my C8 for today at 0930. Called and confirmed via text the night before. I get there and “the crew” said they are not going to bother trying to wake him because he was up late. Well, I have an appointment Jacob confirmed and it’s a two and a half hour round trip for me to get here, but sure thing. Something as brazen as that told me all I needed to know about that shop; I might’ve dodge a giant bullet.

The side of my bumper came off unexpectedly. I called this repair shop and was able to get it fixed immediately at an affordable price. Jake also added some additional bolts to make sure this doesn’t happen again! 10/10 experience.

Took my 5.9 to Jacob. Great work and price.

Jacob is very good at his work, however his professionalism could be improved. He isn't the best communicator and is not punctual, so if time frame and communication is valued by you I would not recommend.
