After Hours Towing & Recovery

I have never despised a company more in my entire life. Not only are they predatory.. the pricing is insane and the women who owns it and works there is rude. Get your car towed over night, good luck trying to get to get it back at a reasonable time since they don’t open until 9 am.

Yes, I understand I was parked somewhere I shouldn’t have been. That part is on me. But what is NOT justifiable is being charged $450 for a tow that was less than 5 miles and having my vehicle for under 8 hours. I was charged $300 for the tow, which included a $50 per day storage fee that started the minute they hooked my car — not even giving me a fair chance to retrieve it. On top of that, they added another $150 for “extra equipment.” For what? Less than 5 miles down the road. To make it worse, they don’t even open before 9 a.m., which conveniently prevents you from getting your vehicle back sooner and avoiding additional fees. This is a fantastic towing company. I had a situation where my truck had broken doors with no hatches so the doors would swing open. Unlike other towing companies, this place helped me secure the doors, and towed the truck with ease at a way better price. The lady on the phone was super helpful as well.

10 🌟 if I could. I was looking to move my parents car. The price quoted was the price on delivery. They asked all the right questions to make sure they brought the correct equipment/truck ect for the job. I didn't expect it done on the same day but within hours they were on it & called me halfway to update me (it was a far haul). Donny was not only friendly but I felt went above & beyond. He put the car exactly where we needed it. Everyone (Danielle) was so friendly & helpful. They made a very stressful situation into an easy fix. They will always be my go to & my recommendation!! Absolutely love this place! Danielle was very friendly and helpful on the phone. She even picked my car keys up from my house, so I didn’t have to walk over there in the cold. I even received friendly phone call updates that my car was retrieved and on the way to its destination. Very professional and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!
