Wow I can't believe all these terrible reviews, I live there and I like it! I have a nice, clean apartment with a great view! close to shoppping, coffee, music and close to work! Sorry to hear that Sandra is no longer there, I thought she was nice and supportive along with all the other staff members. I feel tremendous gratitude for finally having a place of my own that is affordable in the Silicon Valley... living in an apartment building does have it's challenges with all types of people from all walks of life. but I make the best of everything that's good about it!

The hispanic woman who works here is very rude, she is the property manager , she is not pleasanton person to us handicap Russian Americans who has faught to make America what is today.However i do love living here , i live on the top floor and i have no one above me so i do feel lucky!! I love going to the coffee shop nextdoor, they do have wheel chair access which is great for me and my friend!!i do feel like this is a great community to live in , however i am aftaid to ask management for anything,security guards have tattoos on there face and necks , they have friends visiting them at night and they are loud , i can hear them from my balcony all the way into the parking lot, the manager here tends to yell at residents and myself i do not wear a hearing aide,I am a veteran who served in

I'm not a resident, but I live in the homes next door. We've seen the residents here drag their dogs without picking up their waste, steal packages from front porches, park in fire lanes or block garage access (some with stolen vehicles or expired license plates), smoke in front of people's homes and litter their cigarette butts, aggressively drunk and screaming at random hours (including late at night), and even dig through our trash and recycling bins. Our biggest concern is safety, as the residents often partake in illegal activity, leading to frequent police presence—too many instances to list. I wish the apartment owners would hold their residents to a higher standard, ensuring that only properly background-screened individuals live here, not their problematic relatives who just need
