I was visiting family in Chattanooga and had some extra time on my hands, so I thought I would look into having my car detailed...it had been a while. I came across Aidens Details while browsing through the local offerings and though he did have one bad review, all of the other reviews were excellent. It seemed to me that though he is young in age and somewhat new at this profession, he has a passion for what he does. I just had to give this kid a chance and he didn't disappoint. I am very picky about how I care for my Audi, so I was just a little nervous but I found Aiden to be a very competent professional. Young, inexperienced, and unwilling to fix mistakes made. I had two vehicles detailed and for the most part, one came out okay, even though I had to point out some glaring dirt that had not been wiped out but was easy to see. But my other vehicle had several things that weren’t done well, such as water spots left everywhere because it wasn’t dried off, wax applied to my car without permission, tirewalls not shined, bugs not removed from front end or backs of side mirrors, windshield left with bugs on it and a film on the inside and out from not being cleaned well, white cloth marks down the side of my black car that were not wiped off, even after it being pointed out to them, and the bottoms of the door jams not wiped at all. Aiden is a master at auto detailing! I did not recognize my car inside or out! He is prompt, professional and a perfectionist.

Aiden and Eli did an excellent job detailing our new car. We are always hesitant to use drive-through car washes because of risk of damage, but they gave us peace of mind with their careful work. Aiden was respectful, communicated clearly, and the results were fantastic. We will definitely be using their services again.

I couldn’t be happier with the Aidens service! My car looks brand new inside and out the attention to detail was next level. He got into every crack and crevice, removed stains I thought were permanent, and left the paint shining like glass. He is very professional, friendly, and always on time.
