BEWARE… I had them replace a tpms sensor after one went out, unfortunately soon after the other 3 went out (no fault to them). When I went back within 3 months of them replacing the first one, they stated that 3 were bad and the other was about to go out (the one they replaced) and asked me if I wanted to go ahead and get it replaced as well. I stated that they had just replaced it and the older gentleman said oh okay and left, I’m assuming he went back to the shop area. Well when I was settling up after they did the work, they gave me a piece of paper stating the sensor was good. How do you go from saying it was about to go out to now saying it’s good after I mentioned they replaced it….. awful scammy behavior to me.

I just want thank Ms Christy and staff for hook me up with some new shoe ,rubber and rotors for my 2019 Dodge Durango . Got me in out with best great customer service. AIKEN Discount Tire is where my car will be going for any service for now on

For the old man that wants to fuss at a tow truck driver about where he wants to drop off a vehicle. Maybe if y'all clean up y'all's area make it easier for us. Tow truck drivers to unload vehicles with more areas. We won't have this problem

If you don’t care about your vehicle then this is the place to take it. I had a painted rim messed up in 2018 and they offer to touch it up with paint from the dollar general next door. After 7 years I tried again. They used the same die grinder after I said not to and sanded the paint out of the inside of the rim. The cup for the balance machine also removed a ring of paint from the face of my rim. All the owner could say is what do you want me to and that didn’t happen here when it was the only spots on my rims without brake dust. I’m not sure about the prices but the customer service and care for your vehicle is terrible. I wouldn’t take them a pool float to have it inflated.

I had a scary experience driving my car. Heard a loud scraping noise. Was told by someone that stopped for me to bring it here since it was close by. They fixed it in a short amount of time and I was back driving. They were my blessing for today. I’ll also be coming back to get my new tires from here soon. 😊The lady at the front was extremely nice and knowledgeable.
