Pushed me through because my "gas cap was bad". Well guess what, it's brand new! They made me wait back in line and it magically passed the 2nd time. Im here the next day with my other vehicle. Ran through all of the tests and I was next to get my truck when their system "went down", but only in that bay. So they pulled my truck around to get back in line to do everything all over again! Now I'm waiting behind 5 other cars. I've been here for almost an hour! When I got here there was only 1 person in front of me! This place will waste so much of your time that it's insulting.

They didn't have enough people to work the facility. This place has like 6-7 lanes for testing vehicles and only three were open. Traffic from people waiting in line was backed out into the street and causing problems. They even have signs suggesting to get there early. I was there at 9 A.M. on a Wednesday and had to wait over an hour for my car to pass a five minute test. Employees clearly dislike being there as much as the customers. It's not their fault though the state didn't hire enough employees.

They're too busy and not enough people working there. It took over an hour and a half to get my inspection done after they put me in the wrong line. One poor employee was responsible for payment and documents for 6 lines. Not to mention the Computer had to be rebooted numerous times.

The worst. A line broke down and employees keep talking and laughing taking their sweet time I guess is take it or leave it.

The wait time on the internet is extremely inaccurate and the process isn’t the most comfortable for the customer. Don’t love sitting is a trailer like object that is extremely loud. On the positive, the employees were all pretty nice. Do I want to go back daily? No. But since I only need to go once every two years, it’s an acceptable place to spend part of your afternoon
