By far the most incompetent workers ever there was three lanes open, and the cones were not placed properly so get I get yelled at by a black guy with a goatee. That I need to back my truck up all the way down the lane when there’s two lanes open for vehicles, nobody’s able to direct me properly then as soon as I get up to the first line, I get directed to go back into the second lane, which makes no sense whatsoever because i was told not to in the first place. Then I get yelled at by an employee that I’m backing up way too much after being directed to back up by another employee so i stopped to avoid any type of collision with the cones that were so poorly placed and on top of that I also get charged a dollar fee because I have to run my credit card which makes no sense because you’re al

After the way my visit went this morning, I won’t be giving this place any stars. There was one car in a bay, no cars in any line, and no employees directing traffic. I drive a four-wheel-drive truck, so I followed the overhead sign and pulled into the 4WD lane—only to be yelled at to move to another lane. When I tried to explain that no one was directing traffic, a man yelled at me again, told me to shut my truck off, and go sit in the waiting area. Whoever drove my truck did so very aggressively. When the service was finished, I tried to speak to the guy who got out of my truck to once again explain if I went to the wrong bay I apologize , and he completely ignored me and walked off. When I spoke to the woman at the counter and told her how rude they were being, her response was, “Yeah

Although I've been here several times, when I saw all the terrible ratings I almost drove to a different one. I'm glad I didn't! They were very busy. 4 lanes open. Probably 40+ cars when I got there, and I was still done in around 30 minutes. Every one of them was nice and did a great job. Some of the bad comments make me wonder who really caused the issue. I've never had any issues

I would give zero stars if google would allow it. Brendan at the Northglenn location screamed and cussed at me for being in what he considered the wrong lane and then said he'd have me kicked out for taking a video. Brendan doesn't seem to be suited to a customer facing position, as it looks like many people have had this crazy experience at this location. I have an AWD vehicle, and apparently they consider AWD and 4 wheel drive to be the same, which is in lane 5 or 6. After Brendan yelling at me, someone else put me in lane 3 for the test (which happened to be Brendan's lane). The whole process was way more stressful than necessary for an emissions check. I did pass though, so silver lining I guess.

I went in and the appointment was surprising fast! There were only a few cars ahead of me. They did the test on my car, and as I get in, there are engine failure and chassis warnings immediately in the car. The young man who worked in my car didn’t lock it in… Despite calling and leaving messages for someone to call back, I was ignored. I had to pay for a tow and repair that they caused. Speed was fine, but damage was substantial.
