My vehicle could not be started and was in a challenging position in my driveway. John tried a few different positions and techniques to successfully get my vehicle on the rollback. He also did a great job dropping the vehicle off so it could be rolled right into the service bay. Great job and positive attitude.

Airpark did a tow for me from an auto repair shop to my home. The service was excellent in all respects. Very easy to deal with. I was not present for any part of the tow, but they picked up my car without a hitch and dropped it off at the precise location I specified in front of my house. Even turned the front tires in towards the curb facing down my steep hill as I requested. And dropped the keys in the mail slot in the front door. Price was quite reasonable. Not only would I use them again, I contacted them just today to tow the car from my house to another repair shop. Highly recommend.

The tow truck driver was highly professional, prompt, and safely delivered our vehicle to our repair place. I was following in another vehicle and I watched him drive very carefully pulling the vehicle. I recommend this company very highly in the Gaithersburg/Germantown areas of Maryland. If we have to have another tow truck driver, we will call them! Well done!

Had a great experience with this tow company during a lockout situation. They arrived quickly, were super friendly and professional, and got my customer back into their car with no hassle. On the evening of January 5, 2026, I had to request my insurance company’s roadside assistance as my car’s battery died and was unchargeable. The insurance company partners with Airpark Towing in Gaithersburg, MD and the driver showed up after dark to tow the car. He was nice and appeared to know what he was doing until he went to chain my car to the flatbed of the truck. Keep in mind my car had just come out of the body shop after being repaired due to an accident in a Pennsylvania snowstorm. As my 79-year old small frame self stood in the dark waiting for the truck with my car to leave I heard chains being moved and then I heard them hitting the driver’s side of my car. it’s an unmistakeable sound.
