Paid these guys to order and replace a conductor plate in my transmission because my suv wasn't able to shift gears but it was still technically drivable. The first time I got it back from them, it drove fine for 2 days then wouldn't start at all so I had to leave it in my work parking lot until I could pay for a tow truck. I get it towed back to them, they kept it for a week with no updates until I called them myself and they said it could turn on again so I got it and drove it home just fine. I have it parked for 2 days because I had nothing to drive to and the next time I start it up, my dashboard is going crazy with all kinds of codes and lights flashing so I turn it off then, again, won't turn on. I'm not taking to them a third time just so they can make it even worse. None of that

My review is neutral 2.5 stars. I don't think I would go back , I would try a different shop first. Had a transmission put I'm my truck 14 years ago. It's been about 70k miles. The transmission has had internal leak for a couple years now. Could be normal wear or cheap seals. No way to know. But I also had a flex plate replacement twice in 12 months. I believe the first time it wasn't installed correctly but during the second time they told me that the bellhousing was cracked and that they were replacing it at no charge. Now I don't know what that was about because my transmission does not have a bell housing that is replaceable without changing the entire case. If they were just trying to buy time to be able to finish the repair they could have just said that there's no need to lie.

$6000 to rebuild my transmission on a 2019 Dodge Caravan, I drove my car to their shop at 690 W. Ridge Rd. thinking it would be a minor repair and not a whole trans rebuild. It turned out that there was worn parts inside and my torque converter. Then I was told that they would not finish my transmission repair till I approved their prepayment with my extended warranty company, then after that when I got my car back it was making a knocking noise that they insisted was there from before, when they knew that wasn't true because it wasn't making noise during the test drive, and were not even willing to try to look at it, I had to go back to my own mechanic to find out that the Driver side strut was loose. There are other shops that can do a quality job for a better price and take better care

Replaced my tranmission and didn't tighten the bolts on the rack and pinion. I was jumping all over the road so I took and back to be looked at and they kept it for 2 weeks. Gave it back in same condition. Refused to fix it, told me it wasn't the 5000$ tranmission they just replaced. Come to find out they didn't tighten down the some bolts. This could have caused an accident as my car would random jump and ver off the road. Completely unprofessional and didn't what to help me when I brought it back. Don't waste your time or money here.
