Airport Van Rental

Fantastic customer service from the outset. Returned the vehicle with some slight dander on the floor from the blankets the kids used. They said that would be $100 charge! Wife went and ran a vacuum over it in 5 minutes. It's hard to refer anybody or to want to use their service ever again when it feels like they are trying to nickel and dime you. They could have given basic customer service by running their vacuum over it in 3 minutes without any issue but nope. They saw an opportunity to take advantage without considering the recourse.

I reserved a car that says unlimited miles to find out after prepaid that if i rent the car less then 3 days they will charge me 29 cents per mile. Plus waited 30 minutes to get helped by the front desk. Office sucks i will never go back worst car rental experience ever. Note the girl who helped me was nice.

The prices are low, but they tack on extra fees like travel fees, limited mileage fees, processing fees, late fees and extremely large deposits. The staff was nice, but they don't offer unlimited miles to local renters. The vans were clean but very worn down. Overall, I didn't like all the extra undisclosed fees. I felt like I was the one who was taken for a ride.

This is a great place to rent a van, it has cheapest price and great customer service in town. I usually don't write a review but this place made me to do so. I was helped by Alexis she had a great personality and customer service skills. I will definitely return to this place and will recommend any one needs to rent a van. Great job guys i hope you guys will keep it up. Thank you very much for giving a pleasant experience.

Great experience and price. The van was clean I side and out. I like the idea of returning the van with the same gas as you picked it up. The rear seatbelts to hold down the wheelchair was a bit confusing to reposition after I removed it so I could roll the wheelchair into place however being mechanically I figured it out in like 4 minutes.
