Airstream El Paso

My 1st contact with Airstream El Paso so happened to be with ANDREW the owner and it was an AMAZING experience to say the least. This was over the phone but he gave me enough information to get me headed in the right direction. I was directed over to the W/El Paso-(Canutillo Area) where I met up with another GREAT and also AMAZING Super Gentleman named ROGER. ROGER was a super source when it came to the Service and Support side of Airstream. ROGER even told us he would help and teach us with the hookups of the tortion bars which are hard to install. A walking wealth of information. We dropped off our 2022 International 25’ hatchback to have it serviced. I knew in my heart my baby girl (NOCTI) was in good hands. An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Submitted a request online to view one of the items on the lot and within a few hours I was contacted and able to set up an appointment immediately. I met Angel at the first appointment and he was so patient and helpful. We knew exactly what we wanted. After that we met the owner Andrew, and he continues to be so great! I mean talk about concierge type service at every encounter. He is beyond knowledgeable and also extremely patient with all of our questions. We are so excited to start this new adventure with our new Bambi Airstream! Thank you Andrew and Angel. I recommend everyone go and check them out! You will not be disappointed.

What an amazing Grand Opening! The staff is very knowledgeable about each and every single model they have and what options you can order through the factory. I was impressed to know that Airstream El Paso has their very own service center, so I know I can trust them to take care of me for years to come. Their President, Andrew, took the time to speak with every single person who came in to thank them and make sure they had received the attention they deserved. I foresee big things out of this group.

We are so happy to have discovered El Paso has a new Airstream (AS) dealership and Service center! We live in Ruidoso, NM and thought our only option was Albuquerque. NOT SO! Not only do we have a closer option, but a dealership and service where you feel valued. We called El Paso Airstream in desperation after finding out a “repair” done by another service center had not been fixed at all. Andrew and Angel greeted me with genuine warmth and took the time to walk me through each model, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. There was absolutely no pressure just a true passion for helping people find their perfect Airstream. The showroom was beautiful, and seeing the craftsmanship up close made me fall in love with the brand even more.
