Airstream of Maine

I have just made my 2nd purchase of a fine Pre-Owned Airstream at Airstream of Maine! My first experience with the sales team (Jon Handschumaker) and the service department (Connor) was of such high quality, I decided to return when it was time to upgrade our rig. Again, I am happy to report that my entire encounter, whether we are talking sales, financing or service was above my expectations. Adam Geriak the sales manager personally handled my trade, and help find the right rig for me (Flying Cloud) at one of the sister dealerships in the Airstream of Maine/Blue Compass RV universe. He had it shipped to the Lebanon, Maine dealership and invited me up to have a look. The Flying Cloud was/is exactly what I was hoping to find and bring home. Excellent service. Discovered late Monday we had an issue that needed attention. Phoned the next day to say we would be passing through Thursday. Appt confirmed, we showed up a little ahead of time and the team took care of everything without us even needing to unhook from the trailer. In and out in an hour.

This was my second time at Airstream of Maine (Blue Compass) in the past 9 months and it was my second time experiencing exceptional care by the Service Department. The entire service team was very friendly, professional and highly skilled. I have been transformed from someone who was very unhappy with Blue Compass (because of my experiences at 2 other locations) and am now a very satisfied customer. I will definitely come here for my future RV Service needs. Thanks to everyone that helped me today (12/10/25).

Our salesman, John was friendly, responsive and patient with my repeated texts and questions. Neil who handled all our paperwork was very informative and helpful. I apologize forgetting the mans name who went over all the equipment and features of the camper after we purchased it. He was very knowledgable and took a lot of time with us going over everything and answering all my husband, Bob's questions. I chose to deal with Airstream of Maine because of their 5 Rivet company rating for sales and service. There is an Airstream dealer about 40 miles from us but we drove about 500 miles RT to look at the camper and then to return and pick it up because of the service we received before the sale and were happy we did that after the sale. Best buying experience, big thanks and much appreciation to Adam for making it happen, shout out to Ryan, the service team Tony, Sean, and Connor, short notice and they delivered big time, and rest of the staff, they are all great, a service-oriented, dedicated group of hard working folks. I have done all research among Airstream dealerships, but kept coming back to Blue Compass, Airstream of Maine, they are the best! I am now a proud, and excited owner of a 2024 Caravel 22FB.
