Blue Compass's incompetence has been an absolute masterclass in customer disregard. They didn't just drop the ball; they launched it into another dimension. Their financial blunder of issuing two $167,000 loans, resulting in our credit being trashed for months only fixing it after being threatened with court, is a level of ineptitude I didn't think possible. Their warranty service is a complete and utter joke. They refused to honor basic warranty work on our brand-new, custom-ordered Airstream, even after Airstream themselves confirmed the expedited parts were there. They either blatantly lied, lost them, or sold them—take your pick. They couldn't even manage to replace four measly rivets that popped the moment we left their lot. Update 2 (11 months - June 2025): After communicating with Blue Compass and the service manager, I was able to get the toilet issue resolved. It still took almost one month to get the part in to the dealership, but that is a failure in the Service -> Airstream -> Dometic warranty and repair process. The service manager (Tammy) took care of us and made sure our rig was repaired in a timely manner, since we live 2 hours away and didn't want to leave it again. Update 1 (10 months - May 2025): The service department is horrible. The service failed to fix our issues and the communication was poor from their staff.
